1. In short

This website uses no cookies unless you accept Google Analytics. Our own visit counts use no cookies and nothing that identifies you.

2. Always on (needed for the site to work)

• Your cookie choice — remembered in your browser (local storage, "ff.cookies") so we don't ask again.
• Signing in — the Fort Fitness app and the staff platform keep you signed in with a cookie. It is set only when you sign in.
• The app — on your phone it keeps a random number for this phone (to recognise it at the door), the email you last signed in with (so you don't retype it) and your light or dark theme.
• Staff tools — reception's screens remember the last clients opened and the email last used, on that computer only.

3. Only if you accept: Google Analytics

Google Analytics helps us see how the website is used, so we can improve it. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_… (kept up to 2 years) and sends Google your visit details. It loads only after you press Accept. Press Reject, or change your mind later in Cookie settings at the bottom of every page — rejecting removes these cookies.

4. Things that load only when you tap them

The Google Maps button opens Google Maps in a new page. Nothing from Google loads on our pages, in the app or on receipts unless you accept Google Analytics.
